The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), upon which the Enbridge shares are listed in Canada, requires every listed issuer subject to National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices (NI 58-101) to disclose in its management information circular its corporate governance practices in accordance with NI 58-101. National Instrument 52-110 Audit Committees (NI 52-110) requires issuers to include disclosure about its audit committee in its annual information form and management information circular. The Board believes it has complied with the requirements of both NI 58-101 and NI 52-110.
