Enbridge - Where energy meets people

Incentive Tolling Agreement

Enbridge and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) have negotiated a 2010 Incentive Toll Settlement  (2010 ITS) which was approved by the National Energy Board by letter dated May 12, 2010. Although the 2010 ITS is currently in effect, Enbridge has not yet begun charging the Base Tolls arising from 2010 ITS.  Enbridge is currently on interim tolls, the Base Toll component of which was calculated using the 2005-2009 Incentive Tolling Settlement. Currently effective tariffs and tolls.
